We bought our 2017 Rockwood Mini Lite 2504S a little over a year ago on 09/11/2019. Our salesperson was Pam Roberts. She was great. I called her from Council Bluffs & told her we were driving over the next day to look at it. She said they would not sell it until I looked at it. She was very informative & no pressure. The gentleman that gave us the walk through was very knowledgeable. We have owned it over a year and are very happy. We love camping in it.

I would like to thank Curt (Herold Trailer Sales) for his patience and guidance in helping us make an informed decision on our Travel trailer selection. Curt (Herold Trailer Sales). Truly put the customer first in our case. He helped us in every way to put a Travel Trailer together that met all of our needs. After receiving our down payment, securing financing and ordering our weight distribution hitch. We were all in, planing our 12 hour drive to pick up our new trailer. As we furthered our communications, making arrangements. Curt express concern with regard to safety and weight, when compared to our tow vehicle. (Something I was aware of, but willing to over look). We are from KC area, looked at local dealers and around the state, different brands and makes. The Apex Nano 213 fit our need for size and weight, found Herold Trailers offered best deal and answering my questions. Dealt with them through e-mail up to picking it up and was ready to go when we got there

We bought our Apex over the phone and in emails back and forth between us Herold trailer sales and the bank doing financing while we were out of town. When we got back and went to pick it up EVERYTHING was ready to go...including the trailer inside out of the rain...hitch installed...paperwork ready for signing. After a quick walk through we were hooked up and headed home. And all of this organization happened for us with most of the crew being away for a spring RV show.
